2 We will contact you to discuss your requirements dates and dietary considerations

3 For larger events we can give you an initial indication of cost as there is more planning involved and food costs may increase.

4 On confirmation of the menu and date a deposit of 25% non refundable is required to secure your date an invoice is supplied

5 One week (7days) before the event we re-confirm all details

6 Two days (48hrs) before your event full payment is required for platters and grazing tables an invoice is supplied with deposit deducted.

7  Orders received and accepted  48hrs before your event date must be paid in full at the confirmation of the order for platters and grazing tables an invoice will be supplied

8 Urgent orders on the same day as required (less Than 24hrs) before event must be paid for in full at confirmation of order these will be catered at chefs will to the catorgory of dietary requirement requested.. ALL URGENT ORDERS MAY INCUR A 20% SURCHARGE an invoice will be supplied.

9 One to three hours before your event subject to event size we arrive to assemble your grazing table.

10 You supply a table preferably in the shade especially when outdoors, if required we can supply tables at no cost to you.

11 We provide at cost biodegradable eat ware, serve ware  and napkins for our lay flat, assemble and go option.

12 For themed grazing tables and platter functions hireage costs of themeware crockery  and utensils is an added extra hire charge

13 Breakages are charged for hireware and themeware

14 Travel is included in the Masterton Carterton urban areas for grazing tables, platter boxes are delivered at $5, outside these areas return travel is charged .

15 Staff for a catered serviced function are charged at $40 per hour  + gst mimimum of three hours + gst

16 A lidded container is supplied for tableware, utensils, cutlery and all hireware at the end of your event prior to collection by Platter Platter staff.

17 Left over food and disposables are your responsibility unless prearranged.

18 All care has been taken  to ensure allergens are separated but because 0f the nature of grazing tables and the close proximity of foods, cross contamination can occur. Platter Platter make no guarantees nor imply that our food is free of allergens, all effort is applied no guarantee is implied, ALLERGY SUFFERERS BEWARE.

19 All food must be consumed with 2 hours of assembly to maintain food safety protocols

20 GST is inclusive unless specified.
